Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the ZipInAll app.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No partial-month refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
Refunds
- If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are not available for partial usage of a subscription month or after 7 days.
- Refunds will not be issued for amounts less than ₹50 due to transaction costs.
